Today was going to be a light day with the cardio. I only did a little on the treadmill but hit the weights pretty good. I concentrated on the upper body again because that is where I want to improve the most. I figure that it the most work that I am going to have to do. I don't know if I can but when I get to my target I would like to maybe enter an amateur contest. I guess that maybe a pipe dream but I don't know, maybe. I think it would be kinda fun. Tonight was really cool though because Kirsti came to the gym with us tonight. She only did the tradmill then just watched Cathy and I but that was ok because she was there. At least she did something and not just sit there and whine!!!! I just hope that she sticks with it because marching season is over and she doesn't need to just sit around and watch T.V. . I am trying to get the other two to at least come down there with us. They stayed home tonight but I am still trying. Any way I am going to make this short because it is late and I have to get up tomorrow morning and go to work. Here is my progress for tonight:
Treadmill: 30 min @4.5mph burnt 350 calories and went 2.4 miles
Military pull : 120lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Front pull sitting: 120 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Tricep press : 120 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Lat Pull : 100 lbs 3 sets of 10 reps
Anyway that is what I did tonight. Talk to ya tomorrow. I will try and add some features on this later.
